European Care Pathways Conference

The conference will allow delegates to share knowledge, to network and to learn. The mornings start with a key note speaker, followed by plenary sessions. After lunch break concurrent sessions start around the 6 subthemes. Both days will close with a plenary session held by a key note speaker.
